    Hello!
I am hoping you can help me. I recently visited my daughter in Washington DC and took her to a Burmese restaurant (my first time). There we had the most delicious “pureed potatoes” we had ever tasted. I want to surprise her by making them when she visits me this weekend. Do you have a recipe?
    Thank you in advance!
    Carole

I recently had a great tour of Myanmar meeting some wonderful people and enjoying some excellent meals. While in the Shan State I tasted a simple peanut curry which I’m struggling to find a recipe for. There is one on YouTube which is sadly only available in Burmese. Do you have a suitable recipe please?

    Regards,
    David
